Casseroles for the Hungry

Get Involved
(Presently suspended because of pandemic) every 3 months sign-up sheets are available in the church for volunteers to sign up to prepare a casserole for distribution to the Dorothy Day Hospitality House in Danbury -  http://www.dorothydaydanbury.org/

Once a month, pans and a recipe for that month are distributed after Sunday masses to the volunteers who signed up for the month. Volunteers prepare the recipe provided and can pay for the ingredients or present a bill for reimbursement.

The completed uncooked casserole is returned during the following week to the freezer in the shed next to the rectory garage for delivery to Dorothy Day House at the end of the week.

May God bless you for your thoughtful generosity.
